As a vocational training school, Berufskolleg Halle is a so-called combined school, i.e. courses of study from different occupational fields are taught in this school.
The school has existed in its present type for 70 years, and has thus a corresponding tradition, a lot of experience and intense contacts to practical occupational experience. Students aged 16 to 22 are taught in different courses of study.
